Manotsuru 1892 Junmai Daiginjo: 130th Anniversary Sake

In gratitude for 130 years, we created an assemblage of Junmai Daiginjo brewed with Yamada-nishiki and Koshitanrei, which open up the possibilities of Sado rice.

This sake has an apricot-like sweet and sour flavor and a gorgeous floral aroma. It has a light yet complex flavor, and adds freshness when paired with prosciutto, meat dishes, etc.

This is a special sake to commemorate the 130th anniversary. Please try it.
