We created this sake with the aim of creating a junmai-shu that you will want to drink a little bit every day and for a long time. By balancing the gentle sweetness, moderate acidity, and umami of sake, we have created a delicious sake that can be enjoyed as sake during meals without getting tired of drinking it, as well as a sake that is satisfying on its own.
毎毎 (mai mai) means “every day,” MY MY “at your own pace,” and マイマイ (mai mai: snail) “take your time and enjoy it.”
