The fragrant aroma, which reminds one of grape, melon, pear and lychee, spreads gently in the mouth and disappears like light snow.
The taste is rather rich, with a firm juicy sweetness, but it has a crisp taste that is typical of dry sake, and the aftertaste is clean and quietly lingers on the palate.
